Joseph Kuipers returns to the Throne Room bringing The Texas Cellos, a cello choir of 12 cellos (#cellosound), who have been sharing the gorgeous voice of the cello to sold-out audiences since founded. The Texas Cellos will present a program of beloved tunes ranging from the Beatles to Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah. Cellists are a unique bunch, with a shared love for sound, expression, and friendship in music-making.

Texas Cellos is a cello choir whose mission is to learn great music in the inspiring environment of a cello orchestra alongside professionals, gain performance and rehearsal experience, while sharing the beauty of

  ... the CELLO!

A cello ensemble has a wide enough range to play from the bass to the soprano, and the sound is warm and lyrical throughout.
