Tour sizes are limited. Book your tour online to secure your spot. Please arrive about 15-20 minutes early to check in at the gift shop. If you come without a booked tour, we will put you on the next open tour, and you may have a wait time.
Worthy note: The entry/exit to the cave is via 126 steps, about eight stories. While 126 steps might seem daunting at first, they are manageable if you take them at your own pace, using handrails and landings. Stops along the way explain the cave history. Once in the cave, it is relatively easy to navigate the concrete and gravel trails. Cave tours last about an hour and cover about 1/4 mile of the cave system.

Q: Do I need advanced reservations for a tour?
A: Due to limited capacity and to ensure your have a spot, book your tour online.
Q: How long is the tour?
A: The tour takes approximately 60 minutes, and includes six beautiful formation rooms.
Q: When are the tours?
A: Tours depart at the top of the hour (10 am, 11, 12 pm, 1, 2, 3, & 4). Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, additional tours are at 9 am and 5 pm.
Q: Does my child qualify for free admission?
A: Ages 5 and under are free with a paid adult!
Q: What's the temperature in the cave?
A: The cave temperature is 66º.
Q: Can I take pictures?
A: Pictures are encouraged.
